The vineyards, falling in DOC Alcamo and DOC Monreale, span a the hills characterized by mild slopes and gentle slopes at an altitude between 180-230 m above sea level.

The elevation profile, morphology, composition medium clay soils and favorable climatic conditions, allow the cultivations of native vines – Catarratto, Inzolia, Grecanico, Nero d’Avola – and international vines – Chardonnay, Pinot, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet, Muller Thurgau: grapes – in relation to the type of grape varieties – arrived at complete maturation between the second half of August and the first half of September, period during which the harvest takes place.
