The vineyards extend over an area of 120 hectares characterized by gentle hills and slight slopes at an altitude between 180-230 mt. above sea level. In that part of Sicily traditionally devoted to wine growing, situated among Alcamo, Calatafimi Segesta and the Belice Valley.

The altimetry, morphology, medium clay soil composition naturally rich in potassium and microelements, as well as the favourable climate conditions influenced by the sea and typical of the Mediterranean area, allow the cultivation of both autochthonous vines - Catarratto, Nero d’Avola, Grecanico, Insolia - and allochthonous ones - Chardonnay, Pinot, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet, Muller Thurgau. The grapes, which are mainly hand picked, reach full ripeness according to their grape variety between the second half of August and the end of September, when harvest occurs.
